Abstract

The main aim of this article-essay is to narrate and describe the contributions and roles of teachers in developing the minds and hearts of the learners in all corners of the world. Since this reflective essay is phenomenological in nature, the author meaningfully narrates his experiences and observations as regards the nature of work and ideal traits of teachers who are serving as agents of change. Practically, this paper extensively depicts the life experiences of teachers as builders of the future and as agents of change.
